Charles is the Outreach Coordinator at CERESAV, supporting survivors of acid and burns violence through regular follow-up, hospital visits, and ongoing communication. He follows up with both new and existing survivors to check on their wellbeing, identify urgent needs, and ensure that survivors receive appropriate support and referrals when necessary.
As a survivor himself, Charles brings personal experience, resilience, empathy, and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by survivors. His lived experience enables him to connect with survivors with compassion and build trusting relationships throughout their recovery journey.
In addition to his work at CERESAV, Charles has experience in directing and driving international tourists, giving him strong skills in communication, coordination, hospitality, and working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Charles is committed to ensuring that survivors feel supported, heard, and connected to the services they need as they rebuild their lives.
